Refund policy
At KURLA Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're unsatisfied, we offer returns, refunds, or exchanges within our policy guidelines.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and components
- You provide a valid order number and proof of purchase
Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage due to improper handling will not be accepted for return.
RESTOCKING FEE
A $15 flat rate restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers repackaging, inspection, and processing. It will be deducted from your total refund amount unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Digital downloads or e-products
- Items returned without authorization or outside the 30-day window
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be canceled before processing or shipment for a full refund.
- Most orders begin processing within a few hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at info@kurlafitness.com.
- If your order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to the return policy and restocking fee.
EXCHANGES
We offer easy exchanges for unused and eligible items. To initiate:
- Email info@kurlafitness.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the item you wish to receive instead.
- A $15 restocking fee and return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective or incorrect. If the item is defective or incorrect, please use the process below.
- We will ship the exchange item once the original item is received and inspected.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please email us within 30 days of delivery at info@kurlafitness.com
- Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging
- We will cover all costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund (no restocking fee will apply)
REFUND PROCESS
- We'll send you a confirmation email once your return is received and inspected.
- If approved, refunds (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may be delayed or denied if returned products are found to be used, incomplete, or damaged.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
- Any returns sent without prior authorization will be refused or not refunded.
- Returns initiated 30 days after delivery will not be accepted under any circumstance.
RETURN FRAUD PREVENTION
KURLA Fitness reserves the right to:
- Refuse a return or refund request deemed fraudulent, abusive, or excessive
- Flag accounts with repeated returns or suspicious activity for review
HOW TO START A SELF-SERVICE RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email our support team at info@kurlafitness.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a pre-paid return label when applicable.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and are effective immediately upon publication.
