KURLA FITNESS – SHIPPING POLICY

At KURLA Fitness, we aim to deliver high-quality products with reliable, secure, and transparent shipping. This Shipping Policy outlines order processing, delivery timelines, shipping methods, and what you can expect once your order is placed.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship only to addresses within the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We offer three shipping tiers to suit your timing and protection preferences:

 

1. Free USPS Basic

Estimated Delivery: Up to 15 business days

Cost: Free ($0.00)

Details: Standard delivery without guaranteed tracking or insurance.

Note: While this option is free, it has the longest delivery window and limited tracking support.

 

2. USPS Priority

Estimated Delivery: 5–10 business days

Cost: $5.84

Details: Faster delivery with USPS Priority tracking and basic package insurance included.

 

3. USPS Priority Express Insured

Estimated Delivery: 3–8 business days

Cost: $7.75

Details: Our fastest and most secure method. Includes full insurance and priority handling.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment center in Denver, Colorado, Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST or on holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided at checkout. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order at any time using the carrier's website.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

KURLA Fitness is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Carrier-related delays

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)

If your package is marked "delivered" but not received, please get in touch with the shipping carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at info@kurlafitness.com, and we will assist with a resolution.

We will replace or refund lost or damaged items for insured shipments (USPS Priority or Express) pending USPS claim verification.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.

You may enter special delivery instructions at checkout, but we cannot guarantee carrier compliance.

 

PEAK PERIODS & HOLIDAYS

Order processing and shipping timelines may be slightly extended during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, launches). We appreciate your patience.
