  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or misuse. Multiple orders under different accounts may be flagged and reviewed before shipping.

2. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and subject to applicable taxes.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards and Shopify Payments.
  • All purchases must be paid in full at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice, and pricing errors may be corrected at our sole discretion.

3. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • Items may be returned or exchanged for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

4. LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

  • KURLA Fitness provides a 1-year limited warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, or damage due to improper care or accidents.
  • Proof of purchase and photographs of the defect are required for warranty claims.

5. WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content (text, images, videos, logos, product descriptions, downloadable files, etc.) is the property of KURLA Fitness and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Without written permission, you may not reproduce, duplicate, resell, exploit, or redistribute any part of the website or brand assets.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or accessing restricted areas of our site is prohibited.

6. USER ACCOUNT & DATA RESPONSIBILITY

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for inactivity, abuse, or suspected fraud.
